Goal Setting

For P.E. we had to do a post about our fitness scores, and what goals we want to make. I decided I didn't want to share my exact scores, but here is a little about them.

Push-ups -  I was in the healthy range (7-20)

PACER -  I was in the healthy range (23-82)

Curl-ups - I was in the healthy range (46-80)

Sit and Reach - I was in the healthy range (20-25)

What a coincidence that I was in the healthy range for all the fitness tests. That surprised me.

I have some goals I want to make for the 2nd semester Fitness Awareness Tests.

Push-ups - I want to get at least 30 or more push-ups this time. I will practice every Friday for 2 mins.

PACER - I wish to get 50 or more this time because I did not get my goal for the 1st semester Fitness Awareness Test. I do gymnastic so I will try to run more than have free time.

Curl-ups - I want to get at least 65 - the max which is 80 this time because I think I can do it. I will start practicing every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 2 mins. each.

Sit and Reach -  I want to get to at the most 40. So, I will practice every time I go to gymnastic, and some times at home when I have free time.

Now you know what I want to do for my Fitness Awareness Test. I hope I can accomplish these goals, and I will not get upset if I don't.

My Non-Fiction Writing

On the Non-Fiction unit I choose the topic dolphins because they are my favorite animal, and I only know a little about them. That would be why I chose this topic.

I thought that this topic was simple, and that's why I really liked Non-Fiction. I also liked learning more facts about dolphins, and now I'm a dolphin pro. I did not like when we did pages though. I had too many facts, so it was really hard to cram it into 4 pages. (I'm glad that Mrs. Clayton let us do 4 pages instead of 2. I would of died.) I really hope that you like my piece because it took a lot of effort!

Where I Am Going For Vacation In Chinese

As a chinese assignment, our class had to record ourselves saying where we are going over Christmas break. I think that it was really hard because we had to say where we were going in 30 seconds. That was especially hard for me because I would keep ending at like 16.8 seconds or something like that and I would have to do it over and over again. I don't know how many times I had to re-do it, but at least 3 times. I hope you enjoy listening and write a comment below translating what I said. (Or at least try.)

P.S. To those who take spanish, you obviously don't know what I am saying, so if you want, you can come to me and ask me what I said in chinese.
