The Message In The Book Wonder

We finished the book Wonder, and I thought it was a really good story! It was very meaning full and it had lots of messages, but here is one that I thought was important.

I think that the message in the book Wonder is: It's not about what's on the out- side, but what's on the inside. I think this because have you seen way August has acted? Is he mean, and selfish? No! He is really nice, and is kind-hearted. So, what I mean by it's not about what's on the outside, but what's on the inside is August could have this really super duper, gross, weird looking face, but on the inside, how does he act? He acts friendly, and that's all it takes to be a good person, the inside.

My Favorite Book In The Genre Ice Cream Challenge.

O.M.G.Y.H.T.R.T.B
Otherwise known as “Oh My Gosh You Have To Read This Book
Title: A Long Walk To WaterAuthor: Linda Sue Park

Reason:  What would you do if you were in school and all of the sudden BAM! You hear loud gunshots outside, and you are away from your family? I would be terrified if I were in that situation.  You would love this book because it is full of adventure! There is adventure here, there, and everywhere! This book starts off with a normal average day in school in the village of Loun-Ariik. Then something terrible happens. You will have to read this book to find out. But later in the book there’s lots of dying, emotion, and traveling. In the end it could be very happy, or it could be sad, but I want you to read it to find out! You can find
A Long Walk To Water in the IS library, but it’s so popular that you may have to go to the MS library to find it. A Long Walk To Water is like a R-S level.  Also, as you can see, A Long Walk To Water is an Adventure and Historical Fiction book. If you like this book, Linda Sue Park has also published A Single Shard, When My Name Was Keoko, and Click. Last but not least, A Long Walk To Water was published in 2010, and it  is still the best selling book, so you should read it! Have fun reading!

Book Buzz

                                                                 My Book Buzz

Do you like frightening books? The book that I am reading is a book called 100 Cupboards by N.D. Willson. It starts when a little boy named Henrey was alone and he had to go to his grandma's and grandpa's house since Henrey's mom and dad got kidnapped. When he was there he found some doors in the walls. He had to survive some cupboards, but otherwise he had some fun in others! Experience what Henry and his cousins went through to get out of the big commotion while they still want to get Grandfathers door open. If you like books that are freaky, check out this one!
